what is interior refinement?
The client had already ordered new furniture, so the challenge was to bring some life into the drab color scheme. The client requested that we use some of the items that she already had and (since they do a lot of entertaining and are fairly relaxed) not to make it too cluttery, but to make it look lived in and welcoming. For about $750 we were able to give her exactly what she wished for in less than a few hours!
This Bed and Breakfast bathroom was stuck in the 70's - oak cabinetry, rust décor and dated flooring. For about $2,200 we transformed it with a granite countertop, new flooring, some paint and a new black and taupe color scheme. Simple, uncluttered and updated - just what the client wished for!
This client is a single male who wanted a masculine but stylized look for his master bedroom. With beautiful hardwoods, a gorgeous dark gray on the walls and crisp white trim, the stage was set. We added an upholstered headboard, a terrific bench & striped area rug at to foot of the bed, a couple of side tables and an occasional chair. We layered in some graphic bedding & clean lined accessories which included the unique metal sculpture above the bed. With a budget of about $2500, we were able to give this client the master retreat he desired without it looking like a "man pad."
